the House is rented as a single unit, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Sleeps 8 adults with extra beds and cots for children and babies included.

the Cottage can be rented as a unit or for 2 people minimum
Sleeps 6 adults total with cots for babies included.
Total Weekly Price for 2 Adults: € 560.00
Price per extra Adult (6 max.) per night: € 40.00
Total Weekly Price for 6 adults: € 900.00
Total Price per night (6 adults ): € 128.60
Both Properties can be booked at the same time:

Children below the age of 3 stay for free.
Children up to 12 years of age pay 50%.
Payment
All payments are in Euros €
Bookings are confirmed on reception of 30% of the total reservation cost.
The balance must be received 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
Prefered payment method: Bank Transfer.
Credit/Debit card service not available.
